This is crucial to prevent muscle breakdown during nighttime starvation. The composition includes branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), fundamental for protein synthesis. Low in fat and carbohydrates, Applied Nutrition's 100% Casein Protein is ideal for calorie-controlled diets, supporting muscle repair and growth.

DOSAGE

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake).
Shake and consume. Use just before bed for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.
