ARGININA+ Complex Capsule, gluten-free, enhances the production of nitric oxide, promoting muscle support. Although arginine is not essential, its endogenous synthesis could be insufficient in moments of intense physical effort. Crucial for the synthesis of creatine and, consequently, for the production of ATP, arginine is also a precursor of nitric oxide, facilitating vasodilation and improving muscle blood supply (Kelly E. et al., 1995, " Nitric oxide, sepsis, and arginine metabolism"). Taken post-exercise, arginine enters the urea cycle, facilitating the elimination of ammonia, produced during physical effort, preventing its toxic accumulation in the body. SPORT: the use of Arginine+ Complex Capsule is advisable in all sports whenever there is a risk of loss of muscle mass (after very intense and/or very prolonged efforts); or pre-workout with the aim of improving the muscle warming phase and vasodilation.
Doses: starting from 3-6 tablets post training for athletes weighing 50-60 kg; to increase by 2 capsules for every 10-15 kg of additional weight. To promote the production of nitric oxide: 3 capsules one hour before activity.
