branched mino acids 8: 1: 1.
Branched-chain amino acids comprise three essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. Branched chain amino acids, when the body is subjected to an effort, are able to promote protein synthesis and can serve as substrates for energy production (through gluconeogenesis).
The BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid) in the new formulation more enriched with leucine allow, according to several studies, to have better results in terms of support for muscle mass and recovery.
