These slowly absorbed and digestible proteins are ideal for gradually releasing amino acids to the muscles, aiding recovery throughout the night. They contain less than 0.1% lactose, also suitable for those who are intolerant. It is recommended to dissolve 25 g of the product in 250 ml of water or low-fat milk.
