Low in fat and carbohydrates, Applied Nutrition's 100% Casein Protein is ideal for calorie-controlled diets, supporting muscle repair and growth.

DOSAGE

Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake).
