Organic Meatball Mix

Ingredients: 70% Mix of steamed and dried legumes* (in variable proportions between hulled yellow lentils*, chickpeas*), mix of steamed and dried cereals* (yellow corn*, hulled yellow lentils*, chickpeas*, white corn* , millet*), tomato*, whole sea salt, oregano*, pepper*, turmeric*, paprika*, basil*, rosemary*. Ingredients to add: 150 g of water.

Preparation: Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix with the water, shape the meatballs using your hands. You can make larger shapes like hamburgers and if you like you can add vegetables or grated cheese in the center. The ingredients are already cooked and ready for use, if you like them cold you can serve them without cooking them. If you like, you can brown them or add them to a tomato sauce.
