Whey protein is derived from whey, a by-product of cheese production. It is an animal protein source used by physically active people, regardless of their training goals, fitness level or experience. There are three types of whey protein: whey protein concentrate (WPC), whey protein hydrolysate (WPH) and whey protein isolate (WPI). OstroVit 100% Whey Protein uses whey protein concentrate (WPC) from milk, which is characterized by good solubility, excellent assimilation and rapid absorption, thus improving the quality of the supplement.

Mix one serving of 30 g (2.5 scoops) in 200 ml of skimmed milk or water. Consume 1-2 times a day, according to your needs.
