Oat Protein Pancake Nutciok by BPR Nutrition is a ready-to-cook pancake mix made with oat flour (52%), a milk protein blend (23%), egg white powder (12%) and low-fat cocoa powder (5%). It contains 38% protein and 1.6% sugars, and is sweetened with erythritol. Add water and cook it in a pan in a few minutes.

Wait 30 seconds, flip the pancake and cook the other side for 15 seconds. Serve hot, plain or with peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, fresh fruit or chocolate.
