Terms of service

These General Terms and Conditions (the Terms) apply to all orders placed in the online shop bodynutrition.ch. Version of 22 October 2026.

1. Seller

2. Scope

These Terms govern the purchase contract between Body Nutrition Sagl and the customer. Different terms of the customer apply only if we have accepted them in writing. Separate agreements apply to resellers and to business customers with a written agreement. Members of partner organisations buy under these Terms.

To order you must be at least 18 years old. Younger persons may order only with the consent of their legal representative. The Terms are available in German, Italian, French and English.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The products shown in the shop are not a binding offer. You place an order in these steps: you put products in the cart, enter your delivery and billing details, choose the shipping and payment method, and check the order summary. Before you submit the order you can check your entries and correct any mistake by changing the quantities in the cart or by editing your details in the checkout.

By clicking the order button you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation is not yet our acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending the shipping confirmation or by delivering the goods. If we cannot accept your order, for example because a product is not available, we inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.

You can cancel an order until we ship it, by writing to orders@bodynutrition.ch as soon as possible with your order number.

4. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not part of the product price. They are shown before you submit the order, and the current costs are on our Shipping page. The price shown at the time of your order applies to that order.

Promotions, discount codes and free gifts are valid for the period and under the conditions shown with each offer, while stocks last. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a price is clearly wrong, for example because of a technical or typing error, we are not bound by it. We inform you, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Payments already made are refunded.

5. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. The available methods may change. Payment is due when you place the order. Payments are handled by our payment service providers. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout, with the delivery times and costs shown on our Shipping page. Delivery times are indications, unless we have confirmed a fixed date. If a product is not immediately available we may deliver the order in parts or later; you pay shipping costs only once per order. If we cannot deliver within the indicated time we inform you, and if we cannot deliver a product at all we refund it.

Please check the parcel when you receive it and tell us about visible transport damage or missing items as soon as possible.

7. Returns and refunds

Swiss law provides no general right of withdrawal for online purchases. We offer one anyway: you can return a product within 14 days of delivery. The conditions, the procedure and the refund are described in our Return and refund policy. Your statutory rights in case of defects are not affected.

8. Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. of the Code of Obligations) applies. It lasts two years from delivery. Please check the goods promptly after receipt and tell us about any defect without delay after you find it, by email to orders@bodynutrition.ch, with your order number and photos. In case of a defect you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, in particular replacement, price reduction or refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling or use.

9. Product information and health notice

Our range includes food supplements and foods. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Follow the recommended daily dose shown on the pack and do not exceed it. Keep products out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a health condition or take medication, ask your doctor before use.

Before use, read the ingredients, allergen information and warnings on the packaging. Manufacturers may change their recipes, so the information on the packaging prevails over the website. Images and colours on the website may differ slightly from the product.

If our website offers an information tool such as a protein guide, it gives a general orientation for healthy adults aged 18 or over, based on the figures you enter and on published reference values. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a personal nutrition plan, and it does not replace advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. Do not rely on it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney condition or follow a diet prescribed by a doctor. The products it shows are suggestions that may fit your goal, and you decide what to buy. A supplement does not replace a varied diet. We take care that the information is accurate but cannot guarantee that it fits your personal situation. Section 11 applies to our liability.

10. Partner prices

Special prices for members of partner organisations are available only after logging in with partner access and only to persons authorised by the organisation. We may ask for proof of membership, and we may adjust or cancel an order if the conditions are not met.

11. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be excluded, for example under product liability law. In all other cases, and to the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for slight negligence and for indirect damage and consequential loss, such as lost profit. We are not liable for interruptions of the website or of your internet connection, or for the content of third party websites we link to.

12. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, designs and other content of this website belong to Body Nutrition Sagl or to their respective owners and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent. The names and logos of the brands we sell belong to their owners.

13. Data protection

We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. What we collect, why, who receives it and what your rights are is explained in our Privacy policy. To fulfil your order we pass on the data our service providers need, for example for payment and delivery.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer places of jurisdiction under Swiss law apply. In all other cases the place of jurisdiction is Lugano.

16. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the other provisions remain valid.
