Critical Whey Advanced Protein is a whey protein blend made of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and milk protein concentrate, all from grass-fed dairy. A 30 g serving provides 21.6 g of protein and 118 kcal (Chocolate Milkshake flavour).

Mix one serving (30 g, about 2 scoops) with 250 ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well for about 30 seconds until smooth and lump free.

1. When is the best time to take it?
Whenever it helps you reach your daily protein target: after training, at breakfast or as a protein snack between meals. Take 1 to 3 servings per day.
2. Does it mix well in water or milk?
Yes. Mix one serving (30 g, about 2 scoops) with 250 ml of cold water or milk and shake well for about 30 seconds. It also works stirred into oats or yogurt.
3. Does it contain BCAAs?
Yes. As a whey protein blend it naturally contains branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs): leucine, isoleucine and valine.
4. Why is the serving 30 g and not 33 g?
To make protein powders easy to compare, all values in our shop are shown for a 30 g serving. The manufacturer's label uses a 33 g serving (2 scoops). The values per 100 g are the same.
