Concentrate (WPC), produced by ultrafiltration. It keeps a small amount of carbohydrate and fat, 4.8 g and 2.6 g per serving.

3. When should I take it?

4. Does it contain lactose?
It contains milk. Whey concentrate retains some lactose, so it is not suitable if you are lactose intolerant. Check our lactose free whey instead.
