Shipping

We deliver only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days from order processing and receipt of payment.

In case of delays from suppliers, Body Nutrition reserves the right to deliver the goods with an extended delivery time and/or only part of the products ordered.

Shipping is free for orders from CHF 80 and above.

The Body Nutrition warehouse is located in Switzerland.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days from receiving your order, and the products must reach our warehouse within 28 days of delivery.

Products must be intact, sealed, complete and in their original packaging, which must not be damaged, altered or scratched; we do not accept returns of products expiring in less than one month.

To exercise your right of return, please contact our Customer Service indicating your order number, the products you wish to return and your preferred refund method, then ship the items to our warehouse at the address indicated on the “Returns and Exchanges” page.

To exchange a product, you must return it following the return procedure, wait for the refund and then place a new order with the items you want.

Body Nutrition undertakes to issue the refund within a maximum of 15 days from the moment the returned product arrives at the warehouse.

If the order is returned for reasons not attributable to Body Nutrition or the carrier, the amount paid will be refunded minus the shipping and return costs; in case of issues related to the transport service, a claim will be opened and assessed with the carrier.

Products and quality

Body Nutrition offers supplements, healthy foods, wellness products and sports nutrition, selected from specialized brands in the sector.

All products are branded, regularly distributed and stored in a Swiss warehouse, in compliance with the quality standards specified by the manufacturer.

Promotional products can be returned, but if they are part of a campaign with free gifts, the gift item must also be returned; bundles consisting of several products must be returned in full.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal and, depending on the options shown at checkout, also by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Yes, the website uses secure systems and encryption for payment data, and payments are indicated as “100% secure” on the homepage.

When the cash-on-delivery option is available, any refund in case of return will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.

If there are issues with the payment, the order may remain in “pending” status and the customer can cancel it directly from their account following the procedure described in the “Returns and Exchanges” section.

Orders and account

You can cancel an order from your account if it has not been paid yet and is still in “pending” status, by going to “My account”, then “My orders”, selecting the order and clicking on “Cancel order”.
