Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets by Applied Nutrition are a fast, practical way to stay hydrated during training, competition, travel and hot days. Each effervescent tablet dissolves in 500 ml of water and releases five key nutrients lost through sweat: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C, with zero sugar and only 6 kcal per serving.

Add one tablet (4 g) to 500 ml of water and let it dissolve completely before drinking. Do not swallow the tablet whole.

When to take:

  • Before training to start the session fully hydrated
  • During sessions longer than 60 minutes or in hot conditions, sipping throughout
  • After training, or on any day with heavy sweating, travel or heat

Warning: Once prepared, consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under 16. 1. When should I take an electrolyte tablet?
Before, during or after training, and any time you sweat heavily. For sessions longer than 60 minutes or in hot conditions, sip one 500 ml bottle throughout the workout.

2. How many tablets can I take per day?
One to two tablets a day is enough for most people. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, as excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect.

3. Does it contain sugar or calories?
No sugar at all and just 6 kcal per tablet, so it fits any diet, including cutting phases and low-carbohydrate plans.

4. Can I use it outside of training?
Yes. Long drives, flights, hiking, hot summer days and periods of heavy sweating all increase electrolyte loss, and a tablet in your water bottle covers it.

5. Is it safe for competitive athletes?
Yes. Every batch is tested under the Informed-Sport programme, which screens for substances banned in sport.
