Porridge:
Cook 1 part flakes with 3 parts liquid such as milk or water in a saucepan or in the microwave, for example 50 g of flakes with 150 ml of water. Once boiling, lower the heat and stir until you reach the desired consistency. Add fresh fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, dried fruit or yogurt as you like. It can also be eaten cold after a few hours in the fridge.

Overnight oats:
Mix the flakes with double the amount of liquid, for example 50 g of flakes with 100 ml of water or milk, and leave them in the fridge overnight. The next morning the flakes will have absorbed all the liquid, so you only need to add the other ingredients. This version is quicker to make and more suitable for summer.

Protein porridge:
Stir egg whites or the desired amount of protein powder into the hot porridge, for example 50 g of flakes with 150 ml of water or milk plus 40 to 50 ml of egg whites. Add the egg whites only when the flakes have almost absorbed the liquid and keep stirring until the egg whites are cooked.
